  • Gestión administrativa: Más de 15 años de experiencia como administrador de consorcios en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, lo que nos permite comprender de primera mano las necesidades de los propietarios.

  • Experiencia gremial: 9 años de trayectoria de un exinspector del Sindicato Único de Trabajadores de Renta y Horizontal (S.U.T.E.R.H.), con un profundo conocimiento del funcionamiento laboral y administrativo de los consorcios.

  • Asesoría legal: 8 años de ejercicio profesional como abogado, egresado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, matriculado en C.A.B.A. y P.B.A., especializado en propiedad horizontal y consorcios.

¿En qué momento conviene realizar una Auditoría de Consorcio?

Existen distintas circunstancias en las que una auditoría resulta clave para cuidar la transparencia y el correcto funcionamiento del edificio.

Situaciones especiales

Por ejemplo, frente a un cambio de administrador. Allí, la auditoría garantiza un cierre prolijo de la gestión anterior y un inicio claro y transparente para la nueva administración.

Revisiones periódicas

Se pueden implementar cada 3 o 6 meses. Esto permite advertir irregularidades a tiempo y corregirlas antes del balance anual, evitando perjuicios mayores.

Lo más aconsejable es hacerlo previo a la Asamblea Anual Obligatoria. Así, los copropietarios disponen de información confiable para analizar y aprobar la gestión del administrador.

Dependiendo la cantidad de unidades funcionales de su consorcio y la complejidad de la documentación por auditar, ajustaremos nuestro presupuesto entre una y dos veces el honorario mensual de su administrador.
